At H&M, we employ the very best in precision CNC machining equipment. Whether your part requires our massive Mazak Vortex 1060 V/8 five-axis CNC mill—one of only a handful in the U.S.—our Okuma M560-V three-axis CNC mill, or the exact symmetrical shaping of our Okuma LB3000EX-II lathe, we can machine it to tolerances as tight as 0.0005 inch, about six times smaller than the width of a human hair.

Need assurance? We have that, too, thanks to our large Microstar Helmel 660-402 DCC CMM and its intrinsic mechanical accuracy, which allows us to measure conformance down to 0.0001 inch.


When it comes to designing your part, we have you covered. With expertise in Dassalt Systems Catia V5 and Mastercam 2017 CAD/CAM, we can bring your idea to life, whether it springs from an entirely new concept or the need to reverse engineer a critical part that is no longer manufactured.

And we can make that part using a wide range of materials. You need it in aluminum? No problem. Brass? Plastic? Carbon, tool, or stainless steel? Titanium? Check, check, check, check, and check.
